My fiancé bought my engagement ring from them. It was nice and of course I loved it ! When we took it in for an inspection on Dec 4th, they told us there was a chip on the diamond and that they had to send out to there home office. They gave us a promise date of jan 31 as to when we would have it back. On Jan 24th I decided to call and check if there were any updates since I had not heard from them. A lady answered and said oh they sent i out to another office on Jan 15th because our home office couldn't fix it and it wont be ready for another 3 months!! Well I am getting married and wont have my freakin ring now and they failed to call me and inform me of any of this !! so they had it for a month and nothing was done then fail to tell me that it would be another 3 months and do nothing but just say sorry the girl who did this probably didn't know. So upset that now with all the last min details I have to do for my wedding now I have to go and buy another ring to have at my wedding. wont be buying anything else from them I will def be going somewhere else !

Bought a ring a month ago for my fiance and they told me there was no interest if i paid it off before a year. Get my first statement and there was a $35 interest fee and they wouldn't wave the fee. I had the money that day to purchase but they insisted on me to wait for the statement and pay for it in payments. Do not trust those ladies there, i will not be buying anything else from these liars again.
