Very bad customer service specially the old man
This was my first time renting a vehicle with Budget/Avis and it will not be the last. First off, this was a last minute rental. The original place I was to rent a vehicle at fell through. Thank goodness it did though. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful and was a delight to speak with. We upgraded for a small fee and received something that turned out to be a blessing. Traveling with an infant was hard in itself but having the extra room helped out.
The next trip we go on, we will definitely come back and rent here again.
I have rented from this Budget location 3 or 4 times over the past 2 years and each experience has been great. The staff are always friendly, helpful and make pick-up and drop-off process super quick and easy, the cars have always been very clean. The office is a little small, but clean and there is seating available in the waiting area. I would definitely rent from this Budget location again.
