The most recent car I rented, got 49 MPG average all the way to LA. I got to LA in less than one tank of gas. I spent the extra gas money I saved on a lovely dinner for my son and I.
It was a horrible experience. I will never go back again. Not professional at all. When I received the rental, i already reserved it, and paid. My problem. But when I received the card it was filthy. It wasn't washed and it wasn't vacuumed. Mind you if you return the car and it is dirty. They charge you $250.00. On to your bill. I received the car dirty. And asked for a clean car. They said they had nothing left, and I was stuck with the one I got. So I said ok fine. I bring back a week later they try to charge me $250.00for the car being dirty. The same way I got it I brought it back that way. So they tried to charge $250.00 on top of the $400.00 for the week. I said no. The guy who gave me the keys n rental said he would make note and to worry I'm in good hands. Yeah rite. So as I'm paying to close account for rental he tried to charge the 250.00 for the car dirty. I said no I'm not paying that. That how I got it. He said yes you are, I'm charging your car. I said no I talk to the man before. He said that guy got fired. I said sir I'm not paying for that. I'AN m sorry I only drove to work an home. I wasn't in the car long enough to make a mess. I'm not gonna pay. So he started to get LOUD with me . We're going back n forth. His wife comes out. And says jus don't charge her. There is note look. So I got yelled and screamed at because he didn't read the notes on the screen. Never again will I go back. And never again will I referral a friend there. BAD BUSINESS ,
