Not cool came in to return an item. Had to wait until manager was available to approve the return and finally after it was approved I still had to stand by in line while the cashier was checking out everybody else behind me finally manager opens up another line and gets the rest of the people behind me, ignoring me while I'm standing there for my return. We always come here and buy so much but after this experience I don't think I want to come by anymore sorry Carters just not cool:(
