Liked the room, but the pillows are rock hard, looks good on the bed, but impossible to sleep on. Great decorative item, but nothing else.
I absolutely would recommend this hotel. The staff is incredible! They are so helpful and really go out of their way to give you the best experience possible. Not only did they let us check into our rooms earlier than the official check-in time, but the barkeep offered to refill our water bottles for us because we were struggling with the water fountain. When one of our friends dropped their phone into the pool, the staff was incredibly helpful, and gave us a plastic bag with oatmeal to help it dry out. They also have an adorable stray kitten that they feed and let you pet! The only cons would be that the breakfast buffet is quite small and the style of the hotel is a little dated. Other than that, this is a great place with great service!

At 11:30 PM kids are screaming, running down the hallway, then the front desk calls me, verifying, who is in the room.
Nice room, clean. Great breakfast look of a fancy restaurant. Good breakfast. Nice full size mirror on closet doors. No wine variety on the complimentary glass every day. Business center never works. Patty is a good house keeper who decorate the bathroom with Bowes, etc.
I loved the note from housekeeping tho!
Bottom line: didn’t sleep well.
Rooms severely dated. Need upgrades in rooms. Also cleanliness could be better. Room had an odd smell but wasn't overbearing so dealt with it, then found food left in fridge from previous guests. Was on the road for 10 hours so too tired to ask for different room. *update* went for dinner and returned to have no available parking, and at least 10 people walking in the parking lot, who were obviously not guests. What's the point of having a parking pass if nobody bothers to secure the lot? My family did not feel safe on the property. I will never stay here again, and will advise others who value the safety of their families to stay away also.

This hotel is really nice. The staff is super friendly. The neighborhood isn't really the best but other than that this is a nice place and the breakfast is one of the best. There are a couple of problems with leaking in the hallway. But other than that I would recommend this hotel. And the security for this hotel is really on point.
